In a bowl, combine all sauce ingredients and set aside.
Heat a non-stick skillet with oil on high. Toss in garlic, onion and chilli paste and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the smell rises!
Toss in chicken breast and stir-fry for 6-7 minutes until cooked, before adding in all the veggies.
Stir-fry for a few minutes until it is cooked and then add in the cooked rice. Fold them all, making sure it is coated with the rest of the ingredients.
Make a well in the middle of the skillet, add slowly pour in the sauce. Fold them all up together.
Give it a few stirs and then remove from heat!
