Gotta love simple, go to meals that you can whip up anytime of the week + something your entire family would love.
This is it!
Whoever said eating healthy needs to be boring and tasteless probably have never cooked for themselves. It’s okay, my friend. I used to be in your shoes and I have to admit, cooking saved my life.
It made me enjoy food even more and stay on top of my goals + busy lifestyle. Because of that, I try so much to stay efficient in the kitchen and do things fast. Call me lazy but I like to say, it’s smart. Which is why very fast healthy meals is something I love the most. Faster than it takes for you to walk down to your McDonalds and get something.
So this is one of it. The beef is so tender and juicy and when I first made this, it reminds me of those Korean noodles! It smells exactly just like it!!
Plus in approximately 550 calories, this meal is perfect post workout to help you replace them glycogen stores with a good amount of protein, carbs and veggies!
Give it a try folks. You’ll love it I promise.

- Using the same pan, toss in red cabbage, pour in a little lemon juice and stir-fry for a minute or two until it wilts. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Using the same pan, spray olive oil for about 3 seconds on medium high. Once the pan is hot, toss in the beef and stir-fry for 3-4 mins until slightly cooked.
