I’ve combined one of my favourite veggie together with two amazing combination of protein – prawns and beef – giving the chicken a little break. This recipe here is super spicy – Asian kind of spicy so feel free to reduce the chilli to suit your palate. Give this a go, make it as a main dish for your family’s dinner or as a meal prep spread over 3 days. I’m having this for dinner this week but you can also have this for lunch by adding a serve of carbs like piping hot basmati rice.
Go on, get it done, and leave me a comment below and tell me how it went for you!
