5-Ingredients Sambal Prawn Pasta Meal Prep
Makes – 3 meals
Time needed – 10 mins
Here’s what you need:
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 350g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 300g broccoli, washed and cut
- 3 tbsp sambal paste (if you don’t have any use chilli paste)
- 3 fist sized wholemeal pasta (or according to your needs), cooked according to package
Here’s how you do it:
- Start by heating non-stick skillet with olive oil. Add in chilli paste and cook until fragrant.
- Add in prawns and cook until it turns slightly pink for about 3-4 mins.
- Add in broccoli, and stir-fry for 2-3 mins and then toss in pasta. Mix it all up and then remove from heat.
- Build your meals!
