HELLO HELLO!!!
You know that interesting feeling after a midweek hump day holiday and then you go back into the office feeling like it’s Monday but then it’s actually only two workdays to the weekends?
It’s exciting!
But I’m more excited cause when I made this week’s video I really couldn’t wait to share this with you guys!!!! And today is the day!
Let me paint you guys a situation right. Like you try to stay away from a habit like having a sugary drink every day but then you noticed you eat a lot more than usual or you feel hungrier more often or you are constantly craving for a sugary treat. It’s normal and that will happen so instead of trying to completely ignore sugar how about making a small change like going for a healthier form of sugar?
Like… dates! Natural sweetener and full of fibre. Plus I’ve added some extra protein because why not? Oh and the ingredient list?
Dates. Protein powder. Choc chips.
Dates. Protein powder. Choc chips.
Yes guys. Only 3 ingredients which you probably have lying around at home right?
You can also add in some nuts if you want and if you do just replace one cup of dates with nuts.
Bookmark ? this recipe and try making it this weekend and if you’re going to be fasting for Ramadan, you can even consider having this as soon as you break your fast and share the rest with your family.
What’s the biggest sugar craving you constantly have?
