This is so simple and took me literally 20 minutes just to whip up 4 meals for my Monday to Thursday. If you followed me on Instagram, I do take snippets of me prepping my meal preps so yes you gotta believe it – 20 minutes!
These days in Singapore too you can get healthier varieties of our favourite local staples – like kway teow! I managed to grab this from Kang Kang – http://tskfood.com/wholegrain-fresh-noodles/. Go check them out!
Alrighty! Grab your recipe book, pen this down, get the ingredients, and get preppin’. Don’t forget to tell me how it is either on the comments section below, on YouTube, or on Instagram at @asianmealprep. Would love to see your creations!
