Bowls are the in thing in 2017. I’m not usually one who follows the trend but I gotta admit, food bowls are so easy and convenient to make and it’s usually filled with lotsa veggies for your micronutrients (aka vitamins and minerals!). One word. Simple.
This beef bowls is so quick to make (total cooking time is probably ten minutes) provided you have all the ingredients prepped before hand and it still tastes amazing on the 4th day – YAS I totally had this 4 days in a row lol.
Grab your recipe book, pen this down, get the ingredients, and get preppin’. Don’t forget to tell me how it is either on the comments section below, on YouTube, or on Instagram at @asianmealprep. Would love to see your creations!
