This week, I wanted a change from my regular long recipes to something a little more sweet.
Because let’s face it, we all have cravings.
I’ve tried quite a number of protein brownies in the past but there’s not one that quite hit my spot, until I discovered this.
The secret?
Melted, warm peanut butter. I think it’s the reason why these brownies come out chewy (and not plasticky) like other protein brownies out there. It’s even more special because we only need four ingredients and it’s super easy to make.
Try this out and let me know how you go!
This recipe is adapted by Arman’s Four Ingredient Flourless Protein Brownies at The Big Man’s World. Thanks Arman!
